Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Free Voice Analyzer Online ("we", "us", "the site"), a property of OCEE Inc. (Canada), handles information when you use the site. We built this tool to need as little of your data as possible — here's exactly what's collected and why.

1. Your voice recording

Your audio file is never uploaded to our server. It is decoded and analyzed entirely on your own device, in your browser, using the Web Audio API. Only the resulting numeric measurements — pitch, tone, pace, rhythm, and volume figures, a few hundred bytes of numbers with no audio content — are sent to our server to generate your written reading. The recording itself never leaves your device and is not transmitted, written to a database, or logged anywhere by us.

2. Other information we collect

We don't require an account. Standard technical data (like IP address and browser type) passes through our host, Cloudflare, for security and performance. We also keep a short-lived, per-IP request counter to limit how many readings one visitor can request per hour — it stores a count, not your audio or reading, and expires automatically. If you email us, we keep that message and your address only to reply to you.

3. Cookies and advertising

This site is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense, which — along with its partner vendors — may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or, for other participating vendors, aboutads.info/choices. Opting out stops personalization; you may still see non-personalized ads.

4. Third-party services

Google (AdSense) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot verification via Turnstile) each handle data under their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Any links to outside sites are the responsibility of that site's operator.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what data is held about you, request its deletion, or opt out of its use for personalized advertising. We don't sell personal data, and we hold almost none to begin with — your audio recording, as described above, never reaches our server at all. 6. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
